A lot has changed since Mairead and Donal last spoke in January - aside from the obvious, Donal and his family have moved back to Dublin from LA!
He has hit the ground running and just launched a website called Donal's Kitchen. It's an interactive platform that helps you make weekly meal plans, and includes visual guides for the recipes too.
Donal also has a new tv show, Donal's Family Food in Minutes, but after managing to set quinoa on fire the 5 minute meals are not in the new show!
