We've all seen something weird on public transport. From the classic toe nail cutter on the DART to a wizard on the local bus, there's plenty of odd stories about public transport going around. 

We were inspired by two people in Russia who engaged in a tug of war with the window on a bus, watch how it went down here. 

While we thought that was weird, the oddness was taken up a notch when we got a call from Jeff in Finland (yeah, Finland). Jeff told us about the time he saw a rather strange occurrence on a bus.
