Damien Dempsey die-hards will tell you that his Vicar St Christmas gigs are epic.

Now the world can experience the magic of those gigs for themselves in a new film, Love Yourself Today, out in cinemas November 5th.

This morning on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show, Dempsey met Dempsey to chat about the new film and what music means to him and his fans.

Damien told Ian about the three rules he has for audience members who attend his gigs, dubbed 'The Church of Damo'.

He also gave Ian a science lesson on how singing can transform water and therefore, people!
