Seeing as we're a very understanding bunch here at Today FM HQ, we're aware you're very busy. Up the walls like. So the Best-Of Podcast brings you the highlights from past week on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show , for you to enjoy when you get a chance over the weekend. Or whenever.

In this edition we have a couple of Gift Grubs - one introducing us to John Delaney's new green-fingered TV Show and the other is reaction to the Manchester Derby on Wednesday evening. The Liverpool fans aren't happy!

We've also got some of our listeners telling us about their incredible Dare To Care events and love was in the air during the week - with a nice engagement story and a couple who wanted to surprise each other live on air - on their wedding day.
