Ireland's golden girl Kellie Harrington is still riding high after returning home from Tokyo last week.

This morning, she joined Alison Curtis on The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show and described her Olympic experience - from being Ireland's flag bearer to her gold-winning moment.

Kellie also answered questions from some of The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show's youngest listeners, addressing training during lockdown and her toughest opponent in the Games.
