Neven Maguire is going back to basics in his new book.

'Learn to Cook with Neven' contains 80 easy to follow recipes, suitable for kids, teenagers or anyone wanting to learn the basics of chopping, whipping and everything in between.

No stranger to The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show, Neven joined Ian this morning to share the inspiration behind the book, which he says is like a mini cookery school.

Neven also talked about his kids being complete foodies and revealed the person who influenced his love of cooking.
