Rachael Blackmore won the hearts of Ireland when she became the first female to win the Aintree Grand National on Minella Times.

Rachael was also the leading jockey at this year’s Cheltenham festival and some are saying she is the best jockey in the world right now.

The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show called out for kids around Ireland to ask Rachael the questions they’ve always wanted to ask her.

Rachael also told us what she does in her downtime to relax when not racing plus the big TV show she stuck into at the moment.

Rachael Blackmore is an ambassador for the Coca-Cola Thank You Fund offers grants totalling €100,000 to youth-orientated non-profit groups across the island of Ireland committed to protecting the future of a post pandemic generation.

Applications for funding can be submitted via www.coca-cola.ie/thankyou until midnight 16th of July.
