The Cabinet is reportedly split on the issue of extending the 5 km travel limit next month as concerns mount over the country's progress in the battle against COVID-19.
It comes as Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr Ronan Glynn called on the public to "do just that little bit more" over the coming weeks in order to avoid another wave.
