Former Leinster and Ireland rugby player Sean O'Brien has been one of the most popular players of the last decade.

He has now written his autobiography, Fuel, and joined Matt on The Last Word to talk about it.

He discussed how things are going with his new club London Irish, coming back from injury and whether he would be good enough to play for the Lions next summer, his relationship with his parents and the possibility of a future return to the Ireland team.
