Cinemas were allowed open with non-essential retail in the weeks leading up to Christmas, so why not now?

There are growing fears that many cinemas in Ireland will not recover from the financial hit they’ve taken since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Cinema operators around Ireland are calling for the Government to allow them to reopen their businesses around the country as soon as possible.
