Despite defeat to the hosts Japan last weekend, Ireland remain on track for a Rugby World Cup quarter-final place after achieving a bonus point victory over Russia today.

However, the 35-0 scoreline didn't tell the whole story, with supporters expressing concern about the poor quality of the performance.

But are there positives to be taken from the result? What do Ireland need to work on ahead of their final pool game against Samoa nine days from now?

Paul Wallace and Niamh Briggs joined us to reflect on the game.
