Broadcasting legend Gay Byrne has died age 85.

Byrne was ill for some time, after being diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2016. He presented RTÉ's The Late Late Show for 37 years and will be remembered for dragging Ireland out of the dark ages, by constantly challenging the taboos of 20th Century Ireland.

Joining us to discuss the life and legacy of the broadcaster are, Terry Prone, friend and former colleague, Michaél Martin, leader of Fianna Fáil, RTÉ broadcaster Joe Duffy,  broadcast historian Finola Doyle O'Neill, journalist Vincent Browne and many more.
