Public sector workers have warned that they will demand a pay increase if the Government does not reduce working hours.

Kevin Callinan, incoming general secretary of Forsa, told The Last Word that the current pay agreement is under pressure.

As things stand, those in the civil service are working 37 hours a week.

Neil McDonnell, CEO of ISME, the representative group for small and medium enterprises, also joined us to discuss the issue.
