Phil Hogan's future as EU Commissioner continues to hang in the balance.

In an interview with RTÉ's Tony Connelly last night, Hogan defended his movements during his 14-day quarantine period, insisting that he had done everything possible to ensure he was no risk to anybody.

Taoiseach Micheál Martin has accused Hogan of undermining public confidence in the COVID-19 guidelines.
