Many people argue that Irish women should have access to free contraception.

Healthwave, the Irish digital pharmacy service, has announced that it will offer the oral contraceptive pill free of charge to its members.

The generic versions of six of the most commonly prescribed contraceptive pill medications in Ireland will be offered at no cost to those with valid prescriptions.
