Fáilte Ireland today announced details of its new €55 million Tourism Business Continuity Scheme.

Jenny De Saulles, director of Sector Development with Fáilte Ireland, told The Last Word that Irish holidaymakers will be the main source of revenue for the tourism sector in 2021.

But will we be able to welcome back overseas visitors this year?

Rob Rankin, owner of Vagabond Tours and president of the Incoming Tour Operators Association of Ireland, explained why he thinks things are unlikely to improve any time soon.
