Warnings That Our Economy Faces "Catastrophe" If Further Restrictions Come Into Place

The government is expected to reject NPHET's recommendation that the whole country should move to level 5 restrictions.

Instead, level 3 restrictions will be in place as they have been already in Dublin and Donegal.
