Abdominal bloating is a very common complaint.
One of the main causes is Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which can be triggered by certain foods.
Other causes can include stress, gas-producing foods, gluten, swallowing air, smoking, chewing gum or drinking carbonated beverages.
