Senior members of the royal family will not wear military uniform at Prince Philip's funeral, reportedly to avoid embarrassing Prince Harry.

Harry lost his military titles after stepping down as a senior working royal, despite having served two tours in Afghanistan.

The no-uniform rule would also avoid any awkwardness concerning Prince Andrew, who was due to be promoted to the rank of admiral last year, but has been under fire for his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein.
