Documents from the Department of Health have shown that Harris knew the cost for the hospital was likely to overrun months before the rest of Cabinet were informed.
Since then, there have been calls for him to resign.
However, Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has stated that he has complete confidence in the Minister.
