The choice of our judging panel for Centre Forward on the 15 for 15 selection is: Kerry's Declan O'Sullivan.
Last November O'Sullivan, at the age of 30, called time on a glittering senior inter county career. Introduced to the Kerry team as a teenager in 2003, the Dromid Pearses clubman would be on the winning All Ireland team on 5 occasions.
A classic centre forward, O'Sullivan made 70 inter county appearances for the Kingdom, and was one of a rare breed to captain Kerry to the Sam Maguire Cup more than once, in 2006 and 2007.
Declan O'Sullivan, who won 3 All Stars, was a footballer of vision, composure and a natural leader. He gave everything for the green and gold. His career had many moments of brilliance, but the ruthlessness he demonstrated to kick the winning point in the 2007 semi final against Dublin stands out.
