Peter O’Mahony has been passed fit to start Munster’s Heineken Cup quarter final against Toulouse. Jimmy Gopperth will wear the Leinster number 10 shirt at Toulon, and Ruan Pienaar will start at scrum half for Ulster against Saracens.

The Munster captain missed last week’s Irish derby with a hamstring problem but will be back in the back row for the Thomond Park last 8 showdown. James Downey returns to the centre in the only other change to the side that lost to Leinster last week. James Cronin missed the tie due to an ankle strain.

Toulouse have named a start studded back five. Maxime Medard, Yoann Huget, Florian Fritz, Gael Fickou and Hosea Gear will all start the Limerick showdown. Luke McAllister is struggling with injury, so Lionel Beauxis is named at out half.

Ian Madgian drops to the bench as one of four changes Matt O'Connor has made to the Leinster team to play the defending Champions at the Stade Felix Mayol on Sunday. Cian Healy, Rhys Ruddock and Dave Kearney are all back, but there is no place for Luke Fitzgerald in the match day squad.

Johnny Wilkinson returns for the home side, so there is no place for Freddy Michalak. Matt Giteau partners Mathieu Bastareaud in the centre, Danie Rossouw and Jocelino Suta form the second row.

Ruan Piernarr's recovery from a shoulder injury is great news for the Ulster ahead of their quarter finals against Saracens at the newly redeveloped Ravenhill.   Rory Best and Rodger Wilson return to the pack, while Stephen Ferris drops to the bench.

Saracens have named Billy Vunipola at Number 8. The England international has recovered from the ankle injury he suffered during the Six Nations match against Ireland at Twickenham. Wexford lock Eoin Sheriff is among the replacements.
