This week on Premier League Live with Sky Sports, we had the honour of welcoming some football royalty into The Boot Room.

Former Irish international midfielder and manager John Giles joined us in studio, to look back at the two First Division titles he won with Leeds United in 1969 and 74.

After making his breakthrough at Manchester United in the 1959/60 season, Giles spent four seasons playing for the Red Devils, before a falling out with Matt Busby saw him seek a move elsewhere.

Awaiting him were Second Division Leeds, and the rest is history. After securing promotion to the top tier, they went on to finish runners up the following season, before the 1968/69 season saw them hold off Liverpool to become champions for the first time.

He went on to win a further league title five years later, as well as winning an FA Cup in 1972.
