He's from Cork. One of the greatest Irish sportsmen and one of Ireland's greatest wind up merchants. After years as the butt of Radio ROG jokes on Today FM, Ronan O'Gara showed he still has a great sense of humour with a Sunday night tweet suggesting impending nuptials.
@paulcollinstipp @suskeogh @ArcheoBlonde @MarlfieldHouse Congratulations Paul .. Great great news.. you took your time!! 👫💑â¤ï¸â¤ï¸ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽ€â›ªï¸ðŸ’ðŸ’up Tipp

GAA Bouncebackability
Writing off Kilkenny senior hurlers or their Cork counterparts isn't the wisest move of all time.
A tidy 1-1 from Newcestowns Luke Meade and 9 points from Midletons Conor Lehane helped the rebel senior hurlers bounce back from successive Allianz League defeats to record an impressive 1-21 to 1-13 win over Waterford at Walsh Park, something that augurs well for an extended summer. Great result for Kilkenny on Saturday night securing a draw in Thurles against unbeaten Tipp when not so long ago the talk was of relegation. The performance was welcomed by a former Cat who questioned the Noreside fighting spirit earlier in the year. Hurling fans are salivating at the next encounter between the counties including Eoin Larkin.
The fight is still there.up against it 2nite but fought like their lives depended on it.proved me wrong and a lot of other people#thankgod

Free Run For The Chariot?
Don't think so. Disappointing and all as losing to Wales was in Ireland's last Six Nations match, with the looming national holiday, the country's rugby stars are hardly likely to allow Eddie Jones side to add a cherry on top of their achievement of becoming the first side since 2010 to clinch the trophy with a match to spare? Time to see a bit of the real Irish spirit!
