With the World Cup draw for Brazil 2014 taking place on Friday December 6th, I asked Twitter followers @jduggantodayfm to recall their favourite memories of 'The Greatest Show on Earth'.
Mine are in the realm of the obvious; from Diego Maradona's second goal against England in 1986; to the moment David O'Leary stepped up to send the Republic of Ireland into the 1990 Quarter Finals from the penalty spot; to the entire game in 1982 when eventual winners Italy defeated a brilliant Brazil team 3-2 in Barcelona.
