Coachella was originally slated for two consecutive weekends next month but it has been postponed until October because of coronavirus. Rage Against The Machine, Travis Scott and Frank Ocean are all due to headline.
Purchases for the April dates will be honored for the rescheduled October dates. Purchasers will be notified by Friday, March 13 on how to obtain a refund if they are unable to attend
Meanwhile, over in the UK, this year's Royal Television Awards will be held behind closed doors for the first time ever amid coronavirus concerns.
Nominees and Royal Television Society representatives will still be able to attend the event in London, but all other guests will be invited to watch it via a live stream.
Fleabag and Chernobyl lead the nominations for the Royal Television Society Programme Awards 2020, each with three nods.
The awards take place next Tuesday 17th March.
