Lily Allen has put her country cottage on the market for 4 million squids.

She bought enormous gaff in 2010 for 3 million - it’s all she wanted back then; to live in the country, wear wellies and have babies. That’s now all changed.

In the sales brochure, the home is described as being in "a world of its own", tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds and surrounded by National Trust land.

The principal home has six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a large drawing room.

There is also a separate three bedroom cottage, one bedroom flat, two barns, an outdoor swimming pool and a croquet lawn.
