Day 3 in The Breakfast Show House and there are a few 'tired' heads today. After the show yesterday, we headed up to annual Poc Fada where PC held centre stage and the gluhwein kept us all warm! For the full low down on the winners, check out @paulcollinstipp on Twitter!

After the Poc Fada, a few of us headed up to the local thermal spring for a dip and it was unbelievable. The thermal pool was so cool, we felt it was like something off a travel programme. Basically, we were in this hot spring pool, in a valley surrounded by snow covered mountains. Very impressive. Plus, there was a water slide in the pool so once we discovered that, we were like big kids running around, going up and down over and over again. Good oul craic.

Declan O'Rourke held a little impromptu gig last night and it was deadly. It was originally supposed to be just Declan but by the end, all of our Ski Trip Supergroup 'Three Men and A Bird' were on stage and they even had a bit of help from Paddy Casey’s 19 year old daughter Saoirse who is so talented! Declan, Mundy, Paddy and Wallis all took to the stage and performed separately, then they jumped in together and were playing for hours and hours. In a good way! It was too good to leave and it was still rocking at 3am.....This is why we are feeling a little bit delicate today! So, it's safe to say that tonight's gig is going to be BRILLIANT!

Wallis got up nice and early and came up the mountain this morning to perform her gorgeous song 'Home' to the crowd on the show and of course, she was brilliant - even after just a few hours sleep!

Tune into the show from 7am tomorrow for all the latest from the slopes!
