Less of him to hold while you wait
We are going to be seeing less of Lewis Capaldi in 2020. He has put on weight on tour and says he’s now hired a personal trainer. It’s early doors, he says, but this time next year he will be looking svelte. He also stresses the importance of doing a bit of exercise in the morning, not just for physical health, but for mental health too.
