Hey everysinglebody!

Tonight on the show I have a rather amazing life changing opportunity for one of you to become a real life life guard as well as an instructor in all kinds of outdoor activities thanks to the Donegal Adventure Center who are offering a 10 week intensive course. I have nightly prizes of weekends in Bundoran to do some surfing and rope climbing(?) as well as dinner and accommodation.
