Villagers have scooped the coveted album of the year at the 2016 Ivor Novellos Awards. Conor O'Brien has had a stellar year, and this undoubtedly affirms him as one of Irelands greatest songwriters. 

Darling Arithmetic was released in early 2015 to wide critical and public acclaim. His performances becoming more personal and political. 

Largely recorded at home - Conor O'Brien wrote a deeply personal album which captured the hearts of people around last years Marriage Referendum.
