Lisa O’ Neill is set to release her second album ‘Same Cloth or Not’ on 18th October, a follow up to 2009’s ‘Has An Album’.
Lisa recorded the album with band Mossy Nolan and Stina Sandstrom in a cottage in Wicklow in the winter months of this year. David Kitt produced and co-arranged and Karl Oldum engineered.
Lisa is known for her storytelling as well as her poetic lyrics. Watch the album video here:
Over the last couple of years Lisa has toured North America, Canada, Europe Scotland & the UK, opening for David Gray, Mick Flannery as well as Glen Hansard and Sixto Rodriquez along the way.
To mark the occasion of the new album, Lisa’s playing a headline show in Whelans, Dublin on Saturday 19th November. Then she’s off to tour with Glen Hansard as special guest on his upcoming solo shows, before heading out on tour with Scottish folk singer James Yorkston.
