Taoiseach Enda Kenny has announced his nominations for Cabinet.

Frances Fitzgerald is Tánaiste and remains as Minister for Justice.

New faces at the Cabinet table include Independents Shane Ross as Minister for Transport, Sport and Tourism, Denis Naughten as Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural resources, Katherine Zappone as Minister for Children.

Finian McGrath will be Minister of State for Social Protection with special responsibility for disability.

There's movements for Leo Varadkar who will be Minister for Social Protection and Simon Coveney who will be the Housing Minister. Meanwhile Richard Bruton moves to Education and Simon Harris moves to Health.

Michael Noonan remains as Finance Minister and Charlie Flanagan remains as Minister for Foreign Affairs, while Heather Humphreys is still Minister for the Gaeltacht.

Mary Mitchell O'Connor will be Minister for Jobs, while Michael Creed has been named as the Agriculture Minister. 

Regina Doherty is Chief Whip, while Máire Whelan remains as Attorney General.

Taoiseach Enda Kenny has named himself in the Defence portfolio, with Paul Kehoe as Minister of State, while making this announcement:

The Ministers are expected to receive their official seals of office late tonight.
