Four people have been taken to hospital as police in Leicester deal with a "major incident" in the city.
It's understood reports of an explosion in the Hinckley Road area are not terror related.
The street's now been closed off, as has neighbouring Carlisle Road.
The local fire and rescue service says a building has collapsed and a search and rescue operation is underway.
