A Today FM and AsIAm Campaign Promoting Inclusivity This Halloween
This October, Today FM is delighted to partner with AsIAm, Ireland's Autism Charity to make this Halloween the most inclusive one yet. While a time of fun and excitement for many, the sensory experiences and social expectations of Halloween can be challenging for autistic individuals.

The PDFs provide guidance on creating an accessible and inclusive Halloween at home, whether you’re hosting a party or welcoming trick-or-treaters. You’ll find practical tips for making your home more welcoming for everyone and creating an inclusive Halloween experience.
Every year, thousands of children and young people across Ireland go trick-or-treating around their local community. Unfortunately, many Autistic children and young people don’t go (although many may want to), because they or their family member know they won’t feel safe or included.
Together, we are sharing resources and promoting understanding to ensure that every trick-or-treater can enjoy the festivities in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming way.
Small changes in every home in Ireland can make the biggest difference!
This Halloween, let’s celebrate with kindness, patience, and understanding. Together, we can make Halloween more inclusive for Autistic individuals and families.
