Do you remember these infamous Danish cookies? They were only produced on very special occasions in our house and they were the absolute height of luxury when it came to biscuits. The buttery taste, the expensive looking tin (which always doubled up as a sewing box) and the melt in your mouth texture. As Ray D'Arcy would say 'Oooooooh SNAZZY'.
