The fourth season of the hit TV series is due to premiere this autumn – and there are a lot of new characters joining the cast.
The show’s creator Alex Gansa has said that the new season will bury a lot of previous storylines and that it will see Carrie Mathison back overseas doing the job that she was trained to do.
The action takes place in Pakistan and Afghanistan with Carrie assigned to a CIA station in the Middle East.
A new calmer Carrie will reconnect with a few members of her old team, including her mentor and former CIA boss Saul, who now works for a private contractor.
