Sean Baker, a 7-year-old born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (only half of a heart) is awaiting a heart transplant at UPMC Pittsburgh children's hospital.
Window washers dressed up as superheroes to brighten the day of all children at the hospital and as you'll see in the video Sean was thrilled when he saw Captain America swinging by his window.
