After the news that The 02 has been rechristened the '3 Arena' Dermot was lucky enough to attend the VERY FIRST gig at The Point...which was *drum roll* Huey Lewis & The News! It's hip to be square.
Conor Whelan was in touch to tell us that he didn't make the first gig but was present for gig two and threee, which were...BROS and Level 42. Poor Conor said he was nearly deafened by the girls screaming at the BROS concert.
He also insisted that he didn't pay into BROS because he had a complimentary ticket...yeah we believe you Conor..we believe you.
