That head on the ground and the angel in the sky threw a lot of people. The head is actually none other than David Bowie! And his head is in the sand which is a classic scene from the movie. The angel is from Brazil which is a Terry Gilliam (former Python) movie set at Christmas time and feature a very strange Santa:
