It's week 3 of Your Personal Best with Dermot and Dave and Sport Ireland and our four leaders are sweating buckets!

They've been working with Your Personal Best fitness expert, Paul Opperman to build up their activity levels and adopting the lessons they learnt from nutrition expert Sharon Madigan.

And three weeks in, the results are starting to show in a MASSIVE way. Despite some wobbles, and some bad weather, our four leaders have kept with the plan and they joined Dermot and Dave with an update.

Jimmy from Limerick has found his 'me time'

When Jimmy Prior joined us last week, he said that he wanted to make November 'Jimmy's month' and he's been working on that.

While his first circuit session left him feeling a little bit ~off~, he's gotten into the classes and the walking with serious gusto!

John from Cork has run his fastest 5km in 15 years

John Dineen is a Garda and a Dad of two young lads. He's been really getting into the exercise side of things, going out running in all weathers.

And he had a big moment this week when he ran his fastest 5km in 'about 15 years' plus that shirt that's been sitting in the back of the wardrobe fits like a glove!

Rebecca from Kerry but living in Limerick has become the ultimate food stylist

For our Rebecca, finding the time to cook for herself has been an issue. As a busy mum, she never had the time for making her own dinner, let alone get out for a walk.

Now, Rebecca is finding the time in the mornings to get her Zoom classes in and she's become something of a food stylist, making some INCREDIBLE meals.

Alan from Cavan overcame a wobble to find himself back on track

When we spoke to Alan last week, he was focusing in on the nutrition side of things after his chat with nutrition expert Sharon Madigan.

Speaking to Dermot and Dave, Alan revealed that he had struggled with a bit of a wobble on Thursday when he lost all motivation. He called a friend who took him out on a run over the weekend and he's back on track. Plus, he had more veg than ever this week...even tried a Brussel sprout (but he won't be doing that again).
