Chris and Sue live in Newbridge, Co Kildare with their five boys.

The couple are rarely alone, so they decided to Make A Minute and volunteer their time together to help others.

All this week Today FM's Off The Charts with Fergal D'Arcy and Dairygold are celebrating some very special volunteers who spend their time making a minute for the good stuff.

For many people around Ireland ‘making a minute for the good stuff’ means helping others, and in turn this can help them feel happier and healthier.

The Dairygold Rollertoaster paid Chris and Sue a visit and they headed off to spend some quality rewarding time, with the amazing ladies behind ‘Knitted Knockers.’

Knitted Knockers are products knitted for women by women.

They are a free, lightweight alternative breast prosthesis, made for women who have had a mastectomy after dealing with breast cancer.

Sue said, ‘We needed to do something for ourselves, that was outside of the house, that was just me and Chris.’

‘Being here is so interesting and so humbling at times and we've made some amazing friends.'

'For the first time in 24 years it was the two of us doing something together and it’s been fulfilling, rewarding and exciting.’
