Is this the shortest St Patrick's Day Parade in the country?

Footage from the RTÉ Archives shows an extremely snappy parade ... of just 24 metres.

The route of the parade in Dripsey, County Cork in 1999 goes from one pub in the village to another.

It manages to take in bright green sheep, lads dressed as monks and a trad session in that short journey. Watch the clip in full on RTÉ's archives here.

Is that the shortest parade route in Irish history?
