35% of the Irish population has a tattoo and the average number of tattoos per person is 2.

According to the latest BAD (Buckley's Austrian Data) research, 25% of people say they regret their tattoo while 5% are actively getting it removed.

30% of people say they’re thinking of getting a tattoo, while 25% are dead against it.

we asked the people of Bad Hofgastein what was the most popular tattoo and they said a star and Chinese symbols.

It comes after Ariana Grande  tattooed an accidental homage to a Japanese barbeque grill on her palm.

The singer's attempt to ink an ode to her hit single 7 Rings backfired after social media users began contacting her in to tell her the characters actually translated to “shichirin” a small charcoal grill.
