Five new people ever hour are being infected with the Ebola virus in Sierra Leone, that's according to the charity Save the Children.
It comes as United Airlines has confirmed that an American man diagnosed with Ebola in Texas flew on two of its flights - from Brussels to Washington and then on to Dallas.
Doctors say it is unlikely that the man infected any other passengers because he hadn't displayed any symptoms and could not have been contagious.
Meanwhile, the UK is hosting an international conference to raise awareness of the Ebola epidemic in west Africa.
British Foreign Secretary, Phlip Hammond, says a "global coalition" is needed to tackle the disease.
