An 82-year-old woman says a burglar who broke into her home picked the wrong woman because he didn't realise she was a bodybuilder

Willie Murphy from New York jumped on her intruder and squirted shampoo on him before police arrived.

The retired social worker is able to dead-lift more than 100 kilograms - and holds records at state and national level.

'Ms Murphy said  'he picked the wrong house to break into, I was whaling on that man. I said to myself, 'If it's my time to go to hell, I'm taking him with me!'

"I took that table and I went to work on him... and when he's down I'm jumping on him'
