A teenager has died in a crash in county Mayo.
The one-car collision happened at around 11pm yesterday on the N60 between Ballyhaunis and Ballinlough, near the Roscommon border.
A 19-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, while a 21-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The road is closed for forensic examinations.
The circumstances of the crash are being investigated by gardaí in Claremorris.
They are appealing for anyone who travelled along the N60 between 10.30pm and 11.15pm yesterday to check for dashcam footage.
