Amnesty International has criticised a controversial 'One In, One Out' migrant deal being discussed by European leaders in Brussels today.
The head of the human rights group in Ireland Colm O'Gorman, said it's 'grossly immoral' to allow Turkey to swap Syrian refugees living in their country, for new refugees from Greece.
The controversial agreement is still at the proposal stage, but it's hoped a final arrangement can be made today.
