Solicitor Brian O'Donnell and his wife Mary Patricia have until noon tomorrow to leave the Gorse Hill mansion in South Dublin.
It's after the Supreme Court rejected their application for leave to appeal the trespass order granted against them by the High Court - which was upheld by the Court of Appeal earlier this month.
The three judge panel says Mr O'Donnell - who owes Bank of Ireland over 70 million euro - didn't establish that it would be in the interest of justice - or of sufficient public importance - for the case to be heard.
The Court of Appeal's two week stay expires at noon tomorrow.
Land League spokesperson Jerry Beades says it's not clear whether the O'Donnells will comply.
