Former Anglo Irish Bank chief David Drumm is to remain in custody for another three weeks after his detention hearing was delayed until November 13th.
It's the second time his hearing has been put back - it was originally scheduled for October 16th.
David Drumm's lawyer told Massachusetts District Court that the former Anglo boss's new legal team needed more time to "develop and obtain salient information", inlcuding additional details from counsel in Ireland.
The judge granted the request and postponed the hearing, but said further delays would only be permitted if "good cause" was shown.
David Drumm faces extradition from the US to Ireland, where he is wanted on 33 counts related to his time at Anglo Irish Bank from 2007 to 2008.
His lawyers plan to fight extradition, claiming that their client may have been targeted for "political reasons".
